Chemika Bolden, leader of 4J’s Grow Your Own program, was named the 2025 Educator of the Year by ORABSE for her efforts to diversify Oregon’s educator workforce. Honored at a school board meeting on Sept. 3, she was recognized for her local and statewide impact on equity in education.
