This year, ORABSE received 69 applications for the Dr. Ernest Hartzog Founders Scholarship. The selection process highlighted the exceptional talent, leadership, dedication, and potential of each applicant. After a thorough review, scholarship recipients were selected in recognition of their academic achievements, community involvement, and future aspirations.
